Depression is a pattern of the mind. Once we are struck in a pattern, we will
never be able to move out of the pattern without help.
Though there are many, I have given three alternatives below..
Alternative 1: Try meditation. I myself have helped a lot of people to come out
of depression (PS. They are now not in tablets)
Alternative 2: Do physical labour. Once you know you are in depression. Exhaust
yourself in physical labour.
Alternative 3: Just wait patiently (JUST) listening to your mind and without
acting on the thoughts.
