Welcome, Dear Seeker. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Seekers' Inn, a spiritual community platform maintained by Aathman Awareness Centre (AAC). By accessing or using Seekers' Inn, you agree to the terms below, as updated from time to time.

1. What Seekers' Inn Is

Seekers' Inn (www.seekersinn.com) is an online space for spiritual seekers to connect, share experiences, ask questions, and support one another on the path guided by the teachings of HH Guruji Sundar and Aathman Awareness Centre. It is offered in a spirit of service, not as a commercial product.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of anything you post — questions, reflections, comments, photos, or other material.

• License to us: By posting content, you give Seekers' Inn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and share that content on the platform, so we can run the community. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where it has already been shared with others who haven't deleted it.
• Deletion: When you delete content, we remove it from the site. It may remain in backup copies for a reasonable period, but won't be shown to others.
• Public by default: Content you post is visible to other members and, where a page is public, to visitors off the platform, associated with your username.
• Feedback: If you send us suggestions or feedback about the site, we may use it to improve Seekers' Inn without any obligation to compensate you.

3. Community Guidelines

We want Seekers' Inn to remain a safe, respectful space. By using it, you agree not to:

• Send spam or unauthorized commercial messages.
• Scrape or collect data from the site using bots or automated tools without our permission.
• Upload viruses or malicious code, or attempt to disable, overload, or attack the site.
• Impersonate others, or try to access another member's account.
• Bully, harass, or intimidate any member.
• Post hate speech, threats, pornography, or content that incites violence.
• Do anything unlawful, misleading, or discriminatory.

All posts reflect the views of their individual authors. Seekers' Inn / AAC is not responsible for content posted by members, and we reserve the right to remove, edit, or move content that doesn't align with these guidelines, without prior notice.

4. Your Account

• You may register under your real name or a pseudonym.
• Please keep your account information accurate and your password secure.
• Each person should maintain only one personal account.
• Don't transfer your account to someone else without our written permission.
• We may reclaim a username in limited cases (for example, a trademark dispute).

5. Respecting Others' Rights

You won't post content that infringes someone else's rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.) or otherwise breaks the law. If we remove content over a copyright concern, we'll give you a chance to explain before any further action. Repeat violations may lead to an account being disabled. Please don't use AAC's or Seekers' Inn's name, logo, or trademarks without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

Seekers' Inn is offered "as is," in good faith, as a community service. We do our best to keep it running smoothly and safely, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted, and we aren't responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of other members or third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AAC's and Seekers' Inn's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to One Thousand Rupees (₹1,000), or any amount you have actually paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater.

7. Software and Site Integrity

You agree not to modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract source code from Seekers' Inn, except where expressly permitted by an open-source license or our written permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update Seekers' Inn or these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll do our best to let members know. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
