RULES TO BE FOLLOWED BY YOUNG MEMBERS OF AAC

  • DO MEDITATION WITH LOVE.
  • DO NOT STRAIN YOUR BODY, MIND AND FACIAL SKIN.
  • TRY TO SIT IN ZAZEN IN A CALM PLACE.
  • IF POSSIBLE VISIT A TEMPLE AND MEDITATE.
  • IF YOU THOUGHT PATTERN DOES NOT SLOW DOWN THEN START PRAYING IN YOUR CHAKRAS TO YOUR ISHTA DEVATHA.
  • SPEND ATLEAST 15 TO 30 MINUTES FOR EACH SESSION.
  • YOUR FOCUS SHOULD BE ON YOUR CHAKRA ONLY.
  • THE NEXT EASY WAY IS TO THINK WHATEVER YOU CAN. BUT THE THINKING PROCESS SHOULD HAPPEN IN YOUR CHAKRA ONLY.
  • BEFORE GOING IN FOR MEDITATION TRY TO LIGHT AN AGARBATHI.
  • TRY TO WEAR LOOSE FITTING CLOTHES DURING MEDITATION.
  • DO NOT GET DISTURBED BY EXTERNAL SOUNDS.
  • IF POSSIBLE TRY TO PUT YOUR AWARENESS ON BREATH IN AND BREATH OUT AT YOUR CHAKRAS.
  • DO NOT TRY TO CONTROL YOUR THOUGHTS.
  • GIVE PLENTY OF TIME TO YOUR MIND TO SETTLE DOWN.
  • DO NOT JUDGE YOUR THOUGHTS.
  • DO NOT SHY AWAY IF YOU GET NOT SO GOOD THOUGHTS. BUT BE AWARE OF IT.
  • AT THE END OF EACH MEDITATION SESSION PRAY FOR YOURSELF, YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS, RELATIVES AND ENEMIES.
  • WATCH THE ENERGY FLOW IN YOUR CHAKRA.
