On Monday, Guru instructed me to go to shop and buy few eatables. Though I was outside talking normally to Guru, inside I was jumping with joy, saying to myself I again got the opportunity to serve Guru. Yes, I was a disciple who left Guru, due to Maya. For those disciples who despite being advised that the love, in which we fall is truly maya and all mind driven, fall in love with the lady of your choice, I am an example.
It was one of my greatest lessons. Every second I craved for Guru’s love, more than the lady’s love. You will be wiped, tortured, burnt by maya. I cried after 15 years due to the wiping of maya when I was away from Guru. Guru came in my dreams. After I wake up from dream, I feel “Oh Guru when will the day come to merge with you again”.
But his long-time, ever-green disciple Sudhursun, advised – It is the mind which is stopping you from coming to Guru. All I have to do is put everything that mind says, into trash and just come as you are, Guru will accept you as you are.
Yes Guru is so compassionate, that he accepted me with love. He told to me, Saravanan always my doors are open. Anytime you may walk-in. Only true love on earth is love between Guru and his disciple. All other love on earth will fade off.
From the time I started to shop, till the time I entered Guru’s home with items what he requested to purchase, I was continuously thinking only about Guru.
During the other times, when I reach the area where Guru is residing, there will be a paradigm shift inside me. Till then, I will be lost in the world, thinking about my office and home, as I come near his house, there will be the paradigm shift, where all the thoughts about the external world will be burnt away as cotton shown in fire and my thoughts will turn inward. That inward-ness will happen with great consciousness and that is one of gifts from Guru. This consciousness will help us to reach Guru’s home and serve at his feet with awareness.
