Welcome, Dear Seeker. These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Seekers' Inn and its users. By accessing or using Seekers' Inn, you agree to the following terms and conditions, as updated from time to time.

1. Sharing Your Content and Information

You own all the content and information you post on Seekers' Inn. You can control how it is shared by specifically stating your preferences within the material you post. Additionally:

IP Content License: For content covered by intellectual property rights (e.g., photos and videos), you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content you post in connection with Seekers' Inn. This license ends when you delete your content or your account, unless your content has been shared with others who have not deleted it.
Deletion: Deleted content is removed in a manner similar to emptying a computer's recycle bin. You acknowledge that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period (though it will not be available to others).
Publicity: When you publish content or information, you allow everyone—including people off Seekers' Inn—to access, use, and associate that information with your Seekers' Inn username.
Feedback: We may use any feedback or suggestions you provide without any obligation to compensate you.

2. Safety

We strive to keep Seekers' Inn safe but cannot guarantee it. Safety requires your commitment to the following:

No unauthorized commercial communications (spam).
No automated data collection (bots, scrapers, etc.) without prior permission.
No unlawful multi-level marketing (pyramid schemes).
No uploading of viruses or malicious code.
No soliciting login information or accessing accounts belonging to others.
No bullying, intimidating, or harassing any user.
No posting of hate speech, threats, pornography, incitement of violence, nudity, or graphic/gratuitous violence.
No third-party applications containing mature content (alcohol, dating, etc.).
Compliance with all Promotions Guidelines and laws for contests or giveaways.
No unlawful, misleading, or discriminatory activity.
No actions that disable, overburden, or impair the site (e.g., denial of service attacks).
No facilitating or encouraging violations of these terms.

Note: All materials express the views of the author. Seekers' Inn is not responsible for member-generated content. We reserve the right to remove, edit, or move any content for any reason without notice.

7. Software

You will not modify, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from us unless permitted by an open-source license or express written permission.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to make amendments to the site or these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of Seekersinn constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Termination

If you violate the letter or spirit of these terms, we may stop providing all or part of Seekersinn to you, or delete your account, without further notice.

10. Disputes and Liability

Jurisdiction: Any claims will be resolved exclusively in the High Court located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The laws of the State of Tamil Nadu govern this agreement.
Indemnity: You will indemnify Seekersinn against all damages and legal fees resulting from your actions or content.
Disclaimer: Seekersinn is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third parties.
Limitation of Liability: Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of One Thousand Rupees (Rs. 1000) or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.

11. International Users

You consent to having your personal data transferred to and processed in India.
Users in countries embargoed by the U.S. or on the U.S. Treasury list of Specially Designated Nationals are prohibited from engaging in commercial activities on Seekers' Inn.

12. Definitions

Seekers' Inn: Includes the website (www.Seekersinn.com), branded apps, widgets, and mobile versions.
Information: Facts and data about you and user actions.
Content: Anything you post that does not fall under "information."
Use: To run, copy, display, distribute, modify, and create derivative works.

13. Other

This is the entire agreement between you and Seekersinn and supersedes prior agreements.
If any portion is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
All rights and obligations are assignable by us in the event of a merger or sale.
You must comply with all applicable laws while using Seekers' Inn.

3. Registration and Account Security

Users may register using their real name, a pseudonym, or anonymously. You agree to:

Provide accurate information and not create accounts for others without permission.
Maintain only one personal account.
Refrain from using Seekers' Inn for unauthorized personal commercial gain.
Keep your contact information and password secure.
Not transfer your account to anyone without written permission.
Allow us to reclaim usernames if deemed appropriate (e.g., trademark disputes).

4. Protecting Other People's Rights

You will not post content that infringes upon the rights of others or violates the law.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
If content is removed for copyright infringement, we will provide an opportunity for appeal.
Repeat offenders will have their accounts disabled.
You will not use Seekers' Inn’s trademarks or copyrights without written permission.
If you collect data from users, you must obtain consent and provide a clear privacy policy.

5. Advertisements and Commercial Content

To provide valuable content, you agree that:

We may use your name and content in connection with commercial or sponsored content without compensation to you. We will respect your chosen audience settings.
We do not give your content to advertisers without your consent.
Paid services may not always be identified as sponsored.

6. Provisions for Advertisers

If you place an advertising order, the following apply:

Delivery: We aim to reach your specified audience but cannot guarantee reaching the intended target in every instance.
Targeting: We may broaden targeting criteria to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Payments: You will pay according to our Payment Terms and tracking mechanisms.
Fraud: We are not responsible for click fraud or technological issues affecting ad costs.
Cancellation: You may cancel an order, but it may take up to 24 hours to stop. You are responsible for all ads that run.
Authority: If placing ads for others, you warrant you have the legal authority to bind them to these terms.
