When I close my eyes to meditate, I am the awareness which is within but different from the physical body. Surprising is how these two different mediums jell and interact with each other.
Like the father who heads the family, aathman is the head of the awareness.
Awareness centres itself in Aathman. Awareness eminates from Aathman. Witnessing is the only quality of Aathman.
I am not the body
I am not the mind
I am not the breathing (air)
I am the pure awareness
